Mr. Schilling is the Founder of Creative

Mr. Turner is the owner of Lazer Blaze. Lazer Blaze is a 17,000 square foot laser
tag facility that originally opened in 1986 as a Photon location. After a small
period where it did not operate as a laser tag facility, it was re-opened in December
1994 and has has different sets of equipment until it purchased the Infusion System
in 2002. Jack Turner serves on the Board of Directors for the International
Laser Tag Association, Inc., the non-profit trade group for laser tag developers
and operators. Lazer Blaze also hosts the Laser Tag Museum, a unbiased collection
of laser tag equipment and paraphernalia reflecting the laser tag industry's long

Mr. Guthrie is the Vice President of Marketing & Sales for Zone Laser Tag. Zone
